  	NEW ALBANY Mrs. Neva Brandt, 72, of Tarpon Springs, Fla., died Monday at a Tarpon Springs hospital. She was the former Neva Shine, and was a native of Floyd County. She was a member of the Tarpon Springs Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Oswald Brandt; three sons, Louis Williams and Roy Brandt; both of New Albany, and John Williams, of Gladstone, Ore.; two daughters, Mrs. Doris Bandy, of New Albany, and Mrs. Emma Bright, of Vincennes; her mother, Mrs. Ora Campbell, of Clarksville; a brother, 18 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral, 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dieckmann Funeral Home. Burial, Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery. The body will be at the funeral home after 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
