  Cecelia "Sallie" Miller, age 91, of Sugar Camp, passed away on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at Appleton Medical Center. Sallie was born Jan. 31 1922, in Rhinelander, to the late Charles and Jenena [Golembeski] Burzynski. She married Gordon Miller on Dec 12, 1942 in Detroit. He preceded her in death on April 30, 2002. Sallie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She graduated from Three Lakes High School in 1940 and proudly served her country during WWII as a civilian "Rosie the Riveter" at an aircraft plant in Detroit. Sallie was a well known waitress in the Rhinelander area for more than 60 years, but is best remembered as head waitress at the White Stag Supper Club for over 30 years. She is also remembered as a fierce competitor in the Powder Puff Derbies at the areas stock car races. Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne [James] Foust of Combined Locks; her son David [Patricia] Miller of Byron Minnesota; her grandchildren, Jennifer [Jason] Seefeldt of Hortonville and Dr. Adam Miller of Jamestown N.D.; her great-grandchildren, Hallie Richter, Byron Seefeldt, Liza Miller, Eliana Miller and Myles Miller; and her brother Bernard Burzynski. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jason Foust; three Brothers and her sister.
