In the 1880 Census, Henry is a laborer and was living with his wife, Mary, infant son, John Henry and mother-in-law, Catherine Lyons in Clinton, Wisconsin
In 1900, Henry is a Passenger Conductor and living with his wife, four children and Mother-in-Law on Cass Street
In 1910, Henry was living with his wife, son and daughters, Margaret and Catherine at 375, Kane Place, Milwaukee (Ward 209). His Occupation was given as Railroad Conductor
In 1920, Henry is still a conductor and he and Mary and their daughter Margaret are living at 636 Frederick Avenue, which he owns
In 1930, Henry is living with his daughter Margaret and her husband on Prospect Avenue, Shorewood Village, Milwaukee


Henry Finn worked as a conductor for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad and was the conductor on the first passenger train called the "400" from Chicago to Green Bay. He lived at 636 Frederick Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and his daughter, Margaret was married at this home. He enjoyed gardening and had a tulip collection with over 100 blooming at one time.

Henry married LYONS, Mary Theresa on 3 Dec 1877. Mary (daughter of LYONS, Lawrence (Larned) and REDDY, Catherine) was born in Mar 1860 in Rhode Island, USA; died on 15 Dec 1928 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; was buried in Edgerton, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

In 1855, Daniel and his family are in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. There are four males and 2 females in the household. Four are listed as being foreign born
In 1860 census, Daniel was listed as a Laborer and was living with his wife and children James, Henry and Mary A. in East Troy. Neither Daniel nor his wife Mary can read, but both boys have been attending school.
In 1870 census, Daniel was listed as a farmer with the value of his real estate being $250. All eight children were at home. Daniel and his wife are now considered literate. The oldest two boys are working, the next three in age are attending school.
In 1875, on the Wisconsin State Census, Daniel's household consists of 2 males and 3 females

Notes:

Catherine by family records emigrated to the US around 1860, Her daughter Mary Teresa was born in 1860 in Rhode Island. In 1863, after being discharged for medical reasons from the Army, her brother John spent the winter in Rhode Island where Catherine, nursed him. John then returned to Wisconsin and continued to worke for the railway. By 1870, John had returend to Rhode island and brought his sister and her daughter to Clinton, Wisconsin Where they are found in the Census. Catherine remained with her daughter until her death in 1905. She, her brother John, Daughter Mary and Son-in Law Henry Finn are all buried in Edgerton cemetary by the Reddy family marker.
