She is expected to have a long recuperation time. As of today she is one of the signatures on the bank account. Debby Selman is the second signature. It is urgent that we resolve this and obtain another person to be signature on the account. It must be determined today. Also discussed was the necessity for a new treasurer to fill this position for the remainder of this term and one more year. Bob Bailey was suggested for the interim. Noreen Rossa suggested she could do it remotely. Since Noreen is a part-time resident. Marie Byatt suggested she can do the physical side of the job; getting the mail, making deposits, etc. Bob Bailey moved to nominate Noreen Rossa as treasurer to replace Joyce Mogytych. The motion was seconded and the membership voted unanimously to do so. The decision was also made to have three signatures on the bank account to avoid such a situation again in the future.
