Debby Selman called the meeting to order. 

Secretary's and Treasurer's reports were approved.

OLD BUSINESS
Irene Farkas confirmed the Obituary Project is half-way through at 1977. Volunteers are always welcome to share a couple hours toward completing the project.

NEW BUSINESS
It was agreed to take part in Heritage Fest June 11 at Cy Williams Park from 10-4pm with (3) 2-hour shifts.

The tentative schedule:

Morning: 10-noon

SET-UP: Roger Blocks GREET Marge Behling

LOOK-UP: Marie Byatt and Roger Blocks HOT SPOTS Roger and Marie

Afternoon: Noon-2, 2-4 pm

LOOK-UP/HOT SPOT: Noreen Rossa GREETER June McDuffie-2-4pm Joyce Mogytych

LOOK-UP:, if available, Nancy Brewster, Les Anderson

**More members with computers are needed to assist persons stopping by the table. 

An OPEN HOUSE is planned for Sept.

Debby Selman is a tester for the Family Tree Maker 2017.
